How it proceeds after I have requested a booking?

We will send your travel documents to your mail account as soon as possible. After this confirmation the booking will be final.

When shall I make the deposit ?
The deposit of 25% of the total rent price will be be made within 5 days after invoice date. All payments shall be done through bank transfer. The pay slip and booking confirmation will serve as rental contract.

Need I make a deposit for damage?
U will need to pay 250€, which will be refunded within 15 days after departure. Possible costs for damages will be deducted.

How do I arrange Key handover?
For the key we ask you to contact us per mail 2 weeks upfront, the manager is aware of your booking and his/her details will be communicated after receipt of your mail.

When can I arrive at the apartment?
Every day of arrival is also one of departure. Guests can arrive between 16.00 and 23.00h. The day of departure you need to leave the accomodation before 11:00. You will find more information in your travel documents. Key handovers on arrival after 23:00 have an additional cost of 30€ to be withheld from your deposit or paid in cash on the spot.

On early arrival or late departure you better consult with the manager.

Are bed and bath linen included in the rent price?
Kitchen , bed and bathlinen are included in the rent price. We advise our guests to bring their own beachlinen for beach or pool usage. The same goes for the baby bed linen.

Use of Electricity
The rental tarifs included all energy costs, unless more than 100 kwh per week of electricity  has been used, the extra costs will be deducted from the deposit  at 0.25€ per extra Kwh. The meter will be shown to you on  check in.
